We freshly harvest pecans on our family farm and from neighboring farms. We only pick the highest-quality pecans.Step 02
Pecan oil is extracted through a mechanical, cold-expeller-pressing process, without the use of any chemicals or high temperatures.Step 03
Defatted pecan flour is collected as the ‘leftover’ material – it provides the flour base for our famous gluten-free pecan flour cookies!Step 04

Pecans are packed with minerals, including copper, manganese, phosphorus, zinc, iron, potassium and calcium, which may offer benefits for normal blood pressure and overall health.
High Smoke Point
Pecan oil has a smoke point of 470 degrees, making it an excellent oil for cooking. Due to this heat stability, it is great for sauteing, stir-frying, searing, grilling, roasting, baking and more. But it’s also great for making dressings, marinades and sauces. We like to use it with herbs for dipping with French or Italian style breads.
